Sovenga Wines – Shipping Policy

Orders are usually prepared and dispatched within 2–3 business days of payment confirmation.

During busy seasons (such as the December holidays or special promotions), preparation and delivery may take up to 5–7 business days.

We will notify you if there are any unexpected delays with your order.


2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We use trusted courier services to ensure your wines arrive safely.

Delivery times depend on your location and the courier’s schedule.

Estimated delivery timelines will be provided at checkout, but these are not guaranteed and may be affected by factors beyond our control (e.g., weather, public holidays, or courier delays).


3. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination and the size/weight of your order.

Any free shipping promotions (if applicable) will be clearly displayed on our website


4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS to monitor your delivery status.


5. Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship within South Africa.

If you are outside our shipping zones, please contact us at info@sovengawines.co.za for a custom shipping quote.


6. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the packaging and product.

We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement, refund, or store credit, depending on your preference.

If your package is lost in transit, we will liaise with the courier to locate it and arrange a resolution.


7. Responsibility After Delivery

Once an order is marked as delivered by the courier, Sovenga Wines is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items thereafter.


8. Incorrect Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct when placing your order.

Sovenga Wines is not responsible for delays, lost, or undelivered packages caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
